consult- Q: How long is delivery time?
- A: According to machine size and technology, 30-120 days. Every client will have his sales to help calculate exact delivery date and mark in Contact.
- Q: Payment method?
- A: 30% T/T as deposit and we start making. After finishing machine we will invite buyer to con factory for machine trial. ( Including machine move adjustment, film passing through, function showing and for big models we will add material for testing .) After trial passed. 70% before shipment. Also we accept L/C as tight.
- Q: Are you factory or trading company?
- A:We are factory with more than 30 years’ experience of manufacturing, we have our own workshop and manufacturing line to show clients how our machines are made.
- Q: What about warranty?
- A: One year after machine delivery.
- Q: Do you have any certificate?
- A: CE certificate and ISO 9001 Certificate.
- Q: Can you export machine directly?
- A: We have export license which allows us to export ourself. We can use our own shipping agent or clients’ pointed shipping company.
- Q: After we buy your machine, you will help us install and train my man?
- A: Certainly, We will be responsible for your installation and help train your workers.You only have to pay for engineer’s salary, travel cost, food and hotel cost.
- Q: Do you have machine in stock so I can directly take machine?
- A: Yes we have, but only for those standard models. Most Big Equipment and Customized Models will require to start making after order given.
- Q: Do you sell end products? So I can buy products from you first before I can purchase machines?
- A: We do not sell end products, but if you want, we can introduce you our clients who make such in your nearby places.
- Q: How do I buy your machine?
- A: Please check our “contact” page of website, there you can leave a message or please call the mobile number or send email. Our sales will contact you back immediately.
- Q: The machine that you made is not what I was wanted, how do we solve?
- A: For customized models or customized parts we will always send drawings for confirmation before making to avoid mistakes. During the production if client have different opinion of his machine, please tell us and we will discuss the possibility within 24 hours and send you price of Lowest or free change. We will do our best to make sure client’s requests are satisfied.
- Q: Can I have more functions in machine as per my own opinion?
- A:Yes, we have optional functions for you to add in your machine. And for those whenever made before, please instruct us first before we can quote.
